Part-time Multi-Tasking Office Ninja
We are looking for an Office Ninja to work alongside our Director of First Impressions, Chief File Administrator and Director of Unnecessary and Special Projects. We are located in central Lower Hutt. Does this sound like you?
Highly organised, likes attention to detail, don’t mind going out and about sometimes to do the shopping, like to get a sense of satisfaction at the end of the day, and have a great work ethic and don’t mind a little repetition, oh and a sense of humour? Our role could suit school parent who wants to work around the school hours, or someone who wants to work part-time. Minimum hours of 25-30 hrs per week. This is for a fixed term until 23 Dec but it may extend.
Your tasks may include; scanning and filing documents, maintaining stationery supplies, reception relief, document management and opening new files for clients and chief “go for”. We promise not to drop you in the deep end and we will give you full training.
